>Mesmerizing Glass Floats

>

What a mesmerizing photograph!  If you’re a regular reader then you know about my search for glass floats and buoys so you know that I’m in awe of these. What a great way to decorate! I can just imagine them hanging from an outside pergola with twinkling white lights interspersed. Maya of  Daily Vitamin Sea recently shared this photograph on her fabulous blog (seriously, you must check it out!).

Maybelline Te is an interior designer based in North Carolina and while traveling in her homeland, the Philippines, she found this stunning display of Japenese Glass Floats out on the bamboo loggia at a friends house.

I have seen a number of Japanese glass floats displayed in homes but never something as stunning as this one. Isn’t it absolutely beautiful. A Cool Sighting indeed! If you want to learn a little bit more about the floats, I wrote a post about them on Completely Coastal: Nautical Decorating with Fishing Glass Floats.    Original article from Easter Chronicles ~ Froulala.
